Boost Dubai is Mirdif's newest, most exciting and vibrant concept in sport and exercise. Our central vision is based on developing an inclusive, diverse and supportive community dedicated to improving quality of life through the pursuit of optimum physical and mental fitness. Our mission is to build an environment that channels our vision – a space that gives our community the choice, expertise, and encouragement to help discover their inner athlete. We want to empower our community to reach the height of their sporting potential, and use it for the betterment of all aspects of their lives. Boost is unique with its vibe and colors, it helps you see the world in colors. We are located in Mirdif Hills, opposing Mirdif City Centre and we are open 24/7; however, our trainer is available for 12 hours everyday.
